• You are currently attending the University of Guelph or the University of Guelph-Humber and wish to change programs; or,
• You have previously attended the University of Guelph or the University of Guelph-Humber and you wish to change programs.

1. Applicants may apply directly to the University of Guelph-Humber using the Application for Program Transfer and Readmission form.
