Readmission Applicant
Previously registered University of Guelph-Humber students must apply to Registrarial Services for readmission under any of the conditions outlined below:
- You were required to withdraw from your program for a period of 2 or more semesters; or,
- You were suspended from the University for academic misconduct; or,
- You graduated from the University and wish to register in order to take additional courses; or,
- You registered in a program at another post-secondary institution and wish to return to the University of Guelph-Humber; or,
- You have not registered at the University of Guelph-Humber for 6 or more consecutive semesters; or,
- You are attending the University of Guelph-Humber on a letter of permission and wish to continue past the term of the letter of permission agreement.

How to Apply
Application deadline for Fall 2012 entry: August 22, 2012.
- Applicants may apply directly to the University of Guelph-Humber using the Application for Program Transfer and Readmission form.
- A statement outlining the basis for readmission should be included with the application.
- Official transcripts of academic work completed at any post-secondary institution other than the University of Guelph-Humber or the University of Guelph should also be sent.
