Career Services for Employers

The following services are available to employers:

1. Job Board

   Career Services has developed a job board that helps connect employers with the right students and graduates to meet their hiring needs.

2. Meet with a Guelph-Humber representative at your office

   Would you like to learn more about the University of Guelph-Humber and its programs? A representative from Career Services is available to meet with you at your place of work to provide you with more information about the University of Guelph-Humber, and to discuss your ideal recruitment strategy. Career Services staff will work with you to plan your company's recruitment timing, attendance at Guelph-Humber recruitment events, on-campus interviews and job postings on the Guelph-Humber Career Services job board.

3. Events on Campus

   The University of Guelph-Humber will be hosting career and job fairs for its various programs:

   • Business - Spring
   • Early Childhood and Family and Community Social Services - Spring
   • Justice Studies - Fall
   • Kinesiology - Fall
   • Media - Spring

4. On-Campus Interviews

   Once you have identified University of Guelph-Humber students or graduates that you feel may be a good fit for a position you have posted, Career Services provides interview rooms for you to interview students on-campus. Employers can provide Career Services with a list of candidates they would like to interview and a time frame in which they would like to conduct the interviews; we will contact candidates and schedule interviews at the employer's discretion.
