Through field placements and internships, you take the theoretical learning of the classroom into the workplace, where you put it into practice.

Career & Placement Services staff work hard to ensure you enjoy these exciting opportunities at every step – starting now. We've developed the documents listed below to clearly set out the terms and to organize the details of your placement or internship. These are mandatory for all University of Guelph-Humber students in placement.

Get program-specific information and forms:

Depending on your program you must submit a Criminal Reference Check. Most often this applies, but is not always limited to, Early Childhood, FCSS and Psychology. If you're unsure whether you have to provide this information, contact your program's placement coordinator. If you know you have to provide it, watch the following video for an overview on completing this the Criminal Reference Check.
