The University of Guelph-Humber currently has 4 fundraising projects:
1. University of Guelph- Humber OTSS
The Ontario Trust for Student Support (OTSS) program was officially introduced by the Provincial Government in November 2005 and is retroactive to April 1. This program involves creating endowments to provide assistance to students who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents, residents of Ontario as defined by the Ontario Student Assistance Program and who are experiencing financial need. The province matches all donations on a 1:1 ratio
2. University of Guelph Humber Highest Priority
This is an undesignated fund. Monies raised will be used in the areas of greatest need as determined by the Vice- Provost.
3. University of Guelph Humber Library Fund
This is an undesignated fund. Monies raised will be used in the area (s) of greatest need as determined by the head Librarian. Possible uses may include acquisition of books and electronic journals, equipment and facilities that support and grow The Learning Commons.
4. University of Guelph Humber First Class Scholarship
The first class scholarship is the legacy project of the first graduating class of the University of Guelph Humber. Funds raised will go to the creation of an endowed scholarship. Funds raised are also eligible for OTSS matching monies. When the endowed amount is achieved the scholarship will provide scholarship funding for qualified students in perpetuity
