Student Government

Students at the University of Guelph-Humber are represented by both the Guelph-Humber Student Association (GHSA) and the Humber Students' Federation (HSF). University of Guelph-Humber students are able to run for, and hold positions on, either student government.

Guelph-Humber Student Association (GHSA)

The Guelph-Humber Student Association is the representative body of University of Guelph-Humber students. Its goals are:

  1. to foster a sense of community among University of Guelph-Humber students.
  2. to raise, discuss, and act upon issues of concern to students.
  3. to create and/or take part in academic or social events that facilitate learning and promote the betterment of student life.
  4. to represent University of Guelph-Humber undergraduates to the University administration and surrounding community.

Humber Students' Federation (HSF)

Full-time students of the University of Guelph-Humber are also represented by the Humber Students' Federation (HSF). The HSF is the campus-wide student government. It provides services and activities to enhance the quality of your university experience such as a health and dental plan, legal advice and student clubs.
