University of Guelph-Humber students live among Humber students in residence and enjoy equal access to the facilities and services. The student residence is comprised of 3 buildings: 2 dormitory style and 1 suite style, which overlook the scenic Humber Arboretum.

An Off-Campus Housing Registry is located off the lobby in Humber's Residence and has listings for rooms, apartments and houses for rent. These listings are available for viewing 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The staff there can assist you with the location of the accommodation, transportation routes, rental costs, shopping areas and more.
