Apply to graduate in Fall 2011

If you've completed your program requirements, you have the option to graduate and to receive your parchment without a convocation ceremony. Degree and diplomas will be mailed to you after November 1, 2011. Your transcript will show a graduation date of November 2011.

Complete the Application for Graduation section on WebAdvisor by Wednesday October 5, 2011. (For late applicants, hard copies will be available for a $60 fee.)

Please note: if you opt to graduate in November, you may still attend the convocation ceremony held June 18, 2012. Select this option on the application. Your name will appear in the June convocation program.

If you've made any changes to the name that appears on your account, please fill out the appropriate areas of the application and provide name change documents no later than Monday October 3, 2011.
