Photo ID Submission

New Students

Please Note:

This only pertains to first-year students or current students who do not have a GH ID card and/or have never submitted a photo.

To create your University of Guelph-Humber ID card, complete the online photo submission process. This is a system used by both the University of Guelph and the University of Guelph-Humber. Please be sure to follow instructions for the University of Guelph-Humber.

Fall 2011 ID Photo Submission: before Friday July 29, 2011.

Submitting your photo before July 29 will ensure your ID is ready for pick-up during Orientation or your first week of class. Photos can still be submitted after these dates for pick-up during the semester in GH 110. Please Allow 4-5 business days for processing.

Student ID Card Pick Up Information:

When: Mon Aug 29-Fri Sept 16, 2011
Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 4:30pm
Where: Room GH 108

Please Note:

ID cards will not be mailed.

Current Students

If you already have a GH student card, please use the existing card as we do not produce another card unless lost, damaged or stolen. Please note, that if this is the case, the University of Guelph Humber uses the existing photo on file as we do not accept new photo ID submissions.

If you have lost or misplaced your card just fill out an ID Replacement form found in our office in GH 110 or on our website.

Please allow 4-5 business days for processing.
