Guelph-Humber Emergency Response Team

In collaboration with Humber College's Public Safety department, we have established an Emergency Response Team (ERT). ERT members are designated to a specific floor and are responsible for clearing out individuals in the event of a fire alarm or other emergency.

In the event of a bomb threat the individuals are required to search their specific floor for any unusual packages and report back to the Building Emergency Officer who then reports back to Humber's Public Safety department.

Once a year, Humber's Public Safety department will conduct an ERT meeting to go through emergency protocol.

Walks are available to all students and employees who request a walk to their vehicle, a bus stop or the property line.
