Bell Let's Talk Day: Mental Well-being Roundtable Talk and Panel

January 29 is Bell Let’s Talk Day, a national campaign focused on raising awareness and generating funds for mental health. This year, the University of Guelph-Humber will be joining the conversation alongside 200 other post-secondary institutions across the country.

To support this important initiative, there are a series of events and activities taking place over the month which are open to staff, instructors and students.

Monday, Jan. 27

11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Sign the Bell Let’s Talk banner and colour in our community Mandela in the atrium to show your support.

4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Mental Wellbeing Roundtable Talk and Panel

Discuss and learn common self-care and mindfulness practices in a safe and open space at the Mental Wellbeing Roundtable Talk and Panel. Attendees will be able to ask our expert panelists questions at the end of the event. Refreshments will be provided. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcomed.
