Join us for an hour dedicated to properly addressing stress and its effects on the body and mind. We will be looking at stress from a holistic view and touching upon how it relates to your immune system and overall wellness. The workshop will provide you with tools to build your stress resiliency through diet, routine and self-care techniques.
