Take a break from your work and join us for our Stress Management and Meditation workshop! Join faculty member, Dileeni Weerasinghe, and learn practical and effortless meditation techniques that you can practice at home and work. You will also learn how to better understand and manage your stress levels so you can perform at your best both inside and outside the classroom.
