Bradley Murray started teaching at the University of Guelph-Humber in 2018. His interdisciplinary research and teaching includes mental health ethics, moral psychology, the history of philosophy, and the history and philosophy of psychology, psychiatry, and psychoanalysis. His research has recently appeared in the journal Medicine, Healthcare, and Philosophy. His book, The Possibility of Culture: Pleasure and Moral Development in Kant’s Aesthetics (Wiley-Blackwell, 2015), examines moral psychology in Kant’s aesthetics. He has been a visiting Assistant Professor in the department of philosophy at the University of British Columbia, and he is affiliated with the Toronto Institute of Psychoanalysis. He is a practicing clinician providing psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and has worked in private practice, hospital, and mental health clinic settings.
