Gratitude Workshop

Expressing gratitude is one of the easiest ways in which you can turn a hard day or moment around in an instant. It is the easiest and simplest way to elevate yourself and be happier. Looking around for the things that you already have and that you can be grateful for, is a very powerful practice -especially during this unprecedented time. While many of us know this, sometimes just starting is the hardest part. This workshop will walk you through a very simple exercise on gratitude practice-the ABCs of Gratitude. All you need is a pen and paper. Feel free to bring along any other creative supplies you have such as markers, pens, stickers, fancy paper etc. (not required).
