Mood Walks

Join us on campus for a Mood Walk to benefit your mental health

Mood Walks for Campus is an initiative that encourages physical activity as a way to improve both physical and mental health. This free, flexible and fun opportunity is open to all students, staff and faculty at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College.

An increasing body of evidence suggests that one of the best ways to improve well-being is by simply spending more time outdoors. Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, improve concentration, and bolster creative problem-solving.

North Campus Mood Walks program features 3 regular weekly walks:

Mondays 1:10 pm

Wednesdays 12:10 pm

Fridays 11 am

Meet at the Athletics Customer Service Desk*
