WebAdvisor/Colleague Planned Outage

WebAdvisor will be unavailable from 6 p.m. on June 8 to 8 a.m. on June 12, 2018 for scheduled maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience.

WebAdvisor will be unavailable from 6 p.m. on Friday, June 8 to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12 due to scheduled maintenance. This outage affects all students staff and faculty at the University of Guelph-Humber.

During this time, all WebAdvisor services will be unavailable, including access to class schedules, grades, unofficial transcripts, convocation information and University student financial accounts.

Staff and faculty, please note that the entire Colleague system will be unavailable.

Should you require access to your WebAdvisor/Colleague account, please plan around this maintenance window.

The University of Guelph-Humber will remain open but individuals should expect reduced services during this timeframe. Also, please note that no Financial Services or Academic Advising appointments will be available on Monday, June 11. However, the office will respond to general inquiries by phone and email, and students will still be able to submit forms and pick up ID cards, letters and transcripts.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This maintenance helps to ensure smooth functioning of this critical service.
