Italy: Food for Thought - A Study Tour of Italy
Italy is renowned for its food, culture, and biodiversity. This course will look at the Italian food scene and that country’s agricultural sector. Our study tour will include a visit to FICO Eataly World, the world’s first food theme park. Here, students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in all dimensions of the Italian food experience from production to consumption. Students will also explore Italy’s architectural splendor, its artistic heritage, as well as its fashion and design industries. The study tour will include visits to Bologna, Forlimpopoli, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Rome and the Vatican.
