Morocco: The Culture of Moroccan North Africa
In this study abroad course, students will travel to the North African nation of Morocco, experiencing its history, culture, and customs. There will be visits to Casablanca, Fès, and Marrakech, among Morocco’s leading cities. Students will also go to the Sahara desert, where they can enjoy the natural beauty of the dunes while riding on a camel. Students will partake in traditional meals with local residents, explore high-walled kasbahs, and wander the labyrinthine alleys of Morocco’s world heritage sites.
