Course Resumption Update
UPDATE: UofGH will be partially resuming face-to-face classes on the Guelph-Humber campus on Monday, Nov. 20. Please visit guelphumber.ca/updates for more information
University of Guelph-Humber (UofGH) students, faculty and staff are assigned two sets of login credentials (usernames and passwords) that give them access to various computer services. These login credentials are referred to as your HCnet login (from Humber College) and your Gryph Mail, or "Central", login (from University of Guelph).
Use your Gryph Mail UserID and password to access the UofGH email and calendar system, WebAdvisor, course websites, virtual private network (VPN) and the UofGH wireless network.
Use your HCnet username and password to log in to on-campus computers and to access network services, such as printing, network storage spaces and Humber College’s wireless network.
Your student account lasts indefinitely; however, we remove your access to workstations and storage approximately two to five weeks after you finish or drop your last course. If you are enrolled in consecutive semesters (e.g., fall and winter), you will have access to workstations at the university during break periods between semesters (e.g., winter holidays). If you drop all your courses, we will disable your access by the following day.
We must assign an expiry date to contractor and Work-Study accounts. We don’t assign any personal storage space to Work-Study and contractor accounts, but these accounts can still access certain network services, like printing and shared storage space.
