Convocation Location

In-person convocation ceremonies will take place at the Toronto Congress Centre, North Building, located at 650 Dixon Road, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1J1.

Parking

We recommend that guests carpool to the venue when possible. Parking attendants will be available to direct the flow of traffic and ensure accommodations as necessary. The University of Guelph-Humber does not provide transportation to or from the venue.

Arrival Times

All graduating students are required to arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the ceremony start time to pick up academic regalia and other required materials. Guests should arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony and be seated in the convocation hall 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Latecomers will be directed by the Ushers and seated at a suitable time in the proceedings.

GradPass

All graduating students are required to show their GradPass from their Tassel RSVP upon arrival. To make this process smoother, graduands are encouraged to download their GradPass QR Code prior to arriving to the venue. If this step is not complete prior to arriving, graduands will need to remove the pop-up blocker from their devise to access their GradPass on the spot.

Seating and Tickets

Guests are encouraged to arrive together if they would like to be seated together, as we are unable to accommodate reserving rows or groups of seats. Please note, only guests with a ticket (printed or electronic) will be allowed into the convocation hall.
