Our Mascot - Swoop

The Bell

The sound of the bell symbolizes the transition from one stage of life to another. The first time students have the opportunity to ring the bell is when they enter the University of Guelph-Humber at Orientation. The only other time students ring the bell is when they graduate at Convocation, marking the end of their educational journey at the university, and their entry into the alumni family.
