AODA

What is AODA?

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is a set of legal requirements that ensure Ontarians have barrier free access to programs and services.  The Act will eventually cover the following areas:  

    •    Customer Service Standards
    •    Information and Communication
    •    Employment
    •    Transportation
    •    Built Environment

The University of Guelph-Humber is obligated and committed to adhering to the AODA standards.
