Supplementary Information

Student Profile

For the following applicant types: Ontario High School, Out of Province High School, International High School, High School Graduate, Home-Schooled and Mature.

The Student Profile (SP) is your opportunity to tell us about factors that may have impacted your grades. If your admission average does not meet the cut-off for the program to which you have applied, your SP may be considered in May if your average is within a discretionary range of the determined cut-off (up to 5%). If you have an admission average of 70–74.9%, it is strongly recommended that you submit a Student Profile to be considered for admission.
