Valentine’s Day self-love: Wellness and care at Guelph-Humber

Students walk in a hallway at U of GH

This Valentine’s Day, put your well-being first.

As midterms approach and stress levels rise, the University of Guelph-Humber (U of GH) encourages students to practice self-care, focus on wellness, and take care of your mental health.
