Important Information on Completing Placement Forms

Placements must be approved by Career and Placement Services BEFORE you can start collecting hours towards your placement. Any hours completed before receiving an email approval will not be counted. All documents for your placement or internship can be found on GHworks. To submit your documents for approval, you must upload them under the field placement tab on GHworks. Your Career & Placement Coordinator will typically approve your placement within 1-2 business days.

Important Information Before Starting Placement or Internship

All students must complete the Partner Agreement and Insurance Form prior to accumulating hours. Any hours completed prior to receiving official approval from Career & Placement Services will not be accepted towards academic credit. You do not require an Insurance form if your placement/internship is paid. In the case of a paid placement/internship, simply submit the Partner Agreement form.

For students on unpaid placement/internship, you must submit a signed copy of your student declaration along with your partner agreement. Once you have submitted both documents, your Career & Placement Coordinator will reach out to your supervisor directly regarding the next steps in the insurance process.
