Official transcript requests
A transcript is an official document prepared by the Office of Registrarial Services recording a student’s courses, grades, credits transferred and degree’s awarded. Official transcripts are printed on security paper with the University of Guelph Humber seal and signature of the Registrar.
We process official transcript requests when a student:
- makes an application to transfer to another post-secondary institution
- applies for a graduate program, teachers college, law school, etc.
- applies for an external scholarship that specifically requires an official transcript (documentation must be provided in these cases)
University of Guelph Humber transcript fees will cover all scenarios indicated above. Students who request that official transcripts be mailed to home addresses or be made available for student pick up can only be processed for the requests outlined above.
