Conditions of Your Offer FAQ

The conditions of your offer are outlined in your offer of admission email. Student must satisfy all the conditions noted below to begin classes in September 2025.

• Completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or recognized equivalent).
• Completion of six 4U/M level courses (or recognized equivalent), inclusive of program-specific subject requirements  as noted in your offer.
• Final admission average must be a minimum of 70%. This average is calculated using the six 4U/M level courses (or recognized equivalent), inclusive of your program-specific subject requirements.
• Proof of English Proficiency (if required)

You may enroll in online coursework offered by an Ontario distance education provider, accredited by the Ministry of Education, such as Virtual High School. Once enrolled, email admissions@guelphhumber.ca with your full name, student ID number, and the name(s)/course code(s) that you have enrolled in. Once you complete your coursework, please have your high school administrator/counsellor upload your final grade and/or graduation status to your OUAC application portal by August 8, 2025.

Please connect with your district school board to determine what requirements are needed to fulfill your secondary school requirements. Requirements must be fulfilled by August 8, 2025.

Under the circumstances that your offer is revoked, your registration deposit will be refunded. 

Yes. The Renewable Entrance Scholarship is guaranteed based on the amount indicated in your original offer email. If your final admission average increases, your scholarship amount will be recalculated.

If you think you will meet the conditions of your offer by August 8, 2025, we encourage you to register for classes using your WebAdvisor account. For more information, please refer to the New Student Guide.

If you not meet the conditions of your offer by August 8, 2025, we may have to remove your spot in residence. Please refer to humber.ca/residence for terms and conditions on their policies.
