Samantha Brown

I provide administrative and academic support with expertise in postsecondary operations, program coordination, and front-line service. As Interim Program Support Coordinator at the University of Guelph Humber, I bring more than ten years of customer service experience and a proven ability to manage complex workflows with professionalism and attention to detail.

Previously, I served as Learning Services Assistant at Humber Polytechnic, where I supported academic programming, streamlined internal processes, and delivered responsive service to students, faculty, and staff. I am recognized for being dependable, solution-focused, and committed to improving day-to-day operations.

In 2024, I received the Mentorship Award from the Senior Dean of the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at Humber Polytechnic for guiding peers through transitions and fostering collaboration. I hold a degree in Social Work and diplomas in Social Service Worker, Office Administration, and Health Services, and I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Management.

With experience across education, healthcare, banking, and public service, I bring a people-centred and process-driven approach to every challenge.
