Early Childhood Studies

Study how children develop – in all domains.  Socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically.
Learn how the latest research and theories are helping us to understand all the complexities that go into making a child who they are.  From their relationships at home to their diverse backgrounds and experiences to their mental health.

Understand how children develop as a whole, so that you can effect change when it counts most.

UofGH offers two Early Childhood Studies (EC) programs.
Whether you’re just getting started with your postsecondary education, transferring from another school, or you’re a working professional looking to complete your degree and advance your career, our programs prepare you for any child setting in this emerging career field.

Do you have your ECE diploma?  New fully online and hybrid study options will be available for Fall 2017.  Details coming in January 2017.
