Description: Are you looking for healthy snack inspiration and ideas? Join us on Microsoft Teams for a fun and interactive afternoon break, where we will virtually come together to make two irresistibly delicious snacks – fresh guacamole with homemade chips and no-bake energy balls! These simple and healthy snacks are easy to make and full of feel-good ingredients to give you a boost of nutrition and satisfy your afternoon cravings. In this one-hour workshop, we will provide insights and information regarding the health benefits of key ingredients, and we will discuss alternatives and modifications to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. The ingredients list and supplies required will be shared a week prior to the workshop. We hope to see you there! Happy healthy snacking!
