How to accept your offer of admission

Step 1: Log in to your OUAC account online at ouac.on.ca.

Step 2: Click the offer link in the “Admission Decision” column in your online application.

Step 3: Click “Accept” the offer.

Step 4: Click “I’m ready to submit my response/changes”.

Step 5: Verify your application information, review the Applicant’s Declaration and click “I verify and agree”.

Step 6: When you successfully complete the submission process, you will immediately receive a confirmation number online. Print/save the confirmation screen for your reference. You may need your confirmation number when corresponding with the University. You will also receive the confirmation number by email from the OUAC. Keep this email for your records.

Important: If you do not immediately receive a confirmation number, your response was not saved. Log back into your online account and re-submit your response. If you continue to encounter issues, please contact the OUAC.

Step 7: Once your response is processed and you are able to log back into your application, you will see “Accepted” beside the program you accepted. It may take one to three business days for the OUAC to process your application.

Deadline

We’ve included a deadline for your response in your offer letter. You must respond to your offer by its deadline or it will expire. Space in our programs is limited and we are not able to hold spaces once an offer has expired.
