Traveling through places like Dublin, Cork, and Belfast, students will interact with academics, police services, community groups, and agencies involved in civilian oversight of policing, governance, democracy, and human rights. Students will learn about the history of Ireland, its past and current political challenges, and draw comparisons with Canada.
