NEW! Two years’ transfer credit for your ECE diploma!

“In just the last few years, we’ve seen a recognition that by investing in early childhood, we can intervene when it counts most. This recognition has produced changes in our public policies, our laws, in our classrooms and in our hospitals. The field is changing immensely. This is a remarkable time to effect change.”

- Nikki Martyn, Program Head, Early Childhood Studies

The field of early childhood is advancing very quickly.  Shifts in policy have resulted in a new focus on the child.  New research on the brain continues to change our understanding of how children learn, grow and develop.  An understanding of the importance of early intervention and for those with the knowledge and skills to do so is emerging.

So while the landscape shifts to accommodate these latest changes, how do you keep up with a field in full swing?

Welcome to an innovative early childhood studies program that recognizes current and future developments in the field. Earn your honours degree to open up career opportunities or continue on to graduate school. Review our three study options.

What credentials will I graduate with?
