Standing Ovation

Welcome

While continuing to navigate changing situations over the past year, we have continued to work collaboratively with our industry partners, students were able to complete their placements/internships in-person, remotely or in a hybrid format; and some students even had the opportunity to participate in simulated placement experiences.

Despite the challenges we faced this year, our students successfully completed their program requirements and field hours thanks to you, our partners.

We are appreciative and thankful for your flexibility, creativity and commitment to student success. We look forward to our continued partnership into the 2022/2023 academic year.

Feel free to navigate through each tab to learn more about our programs, view videos from Program Heads, students and alumni attesting to the value of your partnerships and read testimonials from students and employers like yourself. Also visit the WORKING WITH US tab to learn about ways the University of Guelph-Humber can support your recruitment initiatives, and how you can further engage in students’ professional development activities.

On behalf of Career & Placement Services at the University of Guelph-Humber, we thank you and invite you to take a STANDING OVATION.

Land Acknowledgement

The University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College is located within the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit. Known as Adoobiigok, the “Place of the Black Alders” in Michi Saagiig language, the region is uniquely situated along Humber River Watershed, which historically provided an integral connection for Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples between the Ontario Lakeshore and the Lake Simcoe/Georgian Bay regions. Now home to people of numerous nations, Adoobiigok continues to provide a vital source of interconnection for all.
